All you need to do to get started, is contact Microlenk during regular business hours by calling (651) 795-1039, and a technician will provide simple instructions on how to setup your mobile device or tablet to begin video based technical support.

2. Receive meeting ID number

3. Visit https://microlenk.screenconnect.com

4. Enter your provided ID number

5. Begin your video session.

During the video session, you will be able to visually show and demonstrate to the technician, the symptoms or technical issues you are experiencing, and a Microlenk technician will be able to provide a more accurate estimate of what type of issue(s) you may be experiencing.   

If the technician determines that your specific issue can be resolved remotely, you will receive additional instructions from the technician on how to download and install the remote access software onto your device so that the technician can access your device to make the necessary implementations or repairs to get you back up and running again.
