If elected, you can mail or ship your device to us.  Prior to shipping your device, please contact us to obtain your customer ID and device tracking number.  For any questions about our mail in repair service, please call (651) 795-1039.

  • Call (651) 795-1039 to obtain your customer ID and device tracking number.

STEP TWO

  • Package your device for shipment. 

  • Complete the mail in form and include it inside of your package.

  • Ship your device via your selected carrier. 

  • Remember to obtain a copy of the shipment receipt so that you have your tracking number.

You can check the status of your repair 24/7 by visiting our secured Customer Portal.   After logging into your customer portal, you can review details about your ticket and make payments on your account. 

All details about your device and repair ticket can be accessed and reviewed by visitng our online secure portal.  If you don't have access to your online portal, please call us at (651) 795-1039 and we will activate your portal.
