Remote Support Sessions start at $45.00 and gradually increase based on the type of support and or services required to troubleshoot, assess and or repair your device. 

HOW TO GET STARTED WITH REMOTE SUPPORT

  • Speak directly with a Microlenk Technician to get prepared for your Remote Support Session. 

  • The Microlenk Technician will instruct you on how to perform certain actions to establish a remote connection via the internet. 

  • The Microlenk Technician will connect remotely and begin troubleshooting, assessing and or repair your technical issues. 

HOW DO I PAY FOR REMOTE SUPPORT SERVICES

When you call Microlenk to prepare for a remote session, the Technician will obtain your personal and billing information prior to the remote support session.
